We always attach great importance to quality controlling from beginning to end:
1) Skillful workers care every details in the whole processing procedure;
2) Quality Control Department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
What Is Your Payment Terms?
Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L.
But if you need other payment terms for example L/C at sight is also negotiable based on your order.
How Can I Track My Order?
We will enable you to receive accurate data on the status of your order anytime. After loading the cargoes, we will email you with the Shipping Advice as an attachment, where you could find the B/L No., ETA, ETD etc.. Also when the vessel arrived at your destination port, we will also update for you.
What's Your Best Delivery Time?
For samples, we could send out within 1~2 days if the sample we have in store , if not, the OEM samples will take 5-7 days.
For production, if they are our stocked goods,could be delivered around one week; if not,usually 25~30days after we receive your payment, the exact date based on client's order quantity.
How Can I Get Some Sample?
Sure, if the sample is available we could arrange 2-3pcs each item for free charge, but freight will be on your side; if you want to make any design, the sample cost will be around 100usd and will be refunded after the order when the order amount is over 5000usd.
How Do You Pack My Goods Usually?
Generally, we have standard inside packaging and outside carton, usually bulk package,white box,gift box or PVC package etc.; customized package could also be designed as your request.
Custom Design Could Be Done?
Yes, we have strong designer team, could design based on your requirement; if you want us to open new mould for your sample is also ok.
My Orders And Purchase Information Protected?

Will I Get My Order In Time For Festive Dates?
Of course yes! Usually we’ll recommend that you place your order well in advance if you need it to be delivered for a special occasion or festival. And everytime, when the festival is coming, we’ll come out an export or holiday plan to remind you to make purchase plan in time. Therefore we could arrange the cargoes punctually.
About Best Price?
1) Price is usually according to the quality demand, and we usually provide competitive price as per the stable and proper quality;
2) Sometime, when the quantity is quite small, the price may be a lot higher, because of the cost of some documents, freight fee and some others.

Is There A Minimum Order Quantity?
Normally, our MOQ is 1000pcs, but for special product, MOQ is different, welcome to send us your inquiry.
Can You Combine Many Items Assorted in One Container in My First Order?
Yes, we could. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
If there is any defective bottles, please send us the picture, we will replace good bottles to you in the future order.
Can you provide certificates for your products?
Sure, we can provide our certificates for you, such as BV,FDA,LFGB,ASTM,Dishwasher test and so on.
